AK's Trading Mentorship (the "Service") is an educational platform that provides instructional content about trading concepts, strategies, and market analysis. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that all content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing on this Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.

AK's Trading Mentorship is not a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or investment professional of any kind. The operators of this Service are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, the CFTC, the FCA, or any other regulatory authority.

You are solely responsible for any investment or trading decisions you make. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any financial decisions.

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — expressed or implied — that you will earn any money, profit, income, or achieve any particular trading results by using the Service.

Any examples of trades, strategies, or results shown are for educational illustration only and do not represent typical results. Your individual results will vary based on factors including but not limited to your skill, experience, capital, market conditions, and decision-making.

Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to futures, stocks, options, and forex — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.

You can lose some or all of your initial investment, and in some cases more than your initial investment. Access to the Service is provided through a paid monthly subscription of $249/month, billed automatically through our payment processor (Stripe).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future billing, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused time, or changes of mind. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

You agree not to share, redistribute, copy, resell, or otherwise make available any of the Service's content (videos, written material, community discussions) to any person who is not a paying subscriber. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK's Trading Mentorship, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
